Fertilizers company National Fertilizers announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 4,34,719 lakh, registering a decline of 2.45% YoY compared to Rs 4,45,651 lakh in Q4FY25, and a decrease of 36.72% QoQ against Rs 6,86,975 lakh in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, revenue increased by 8.69% YoY to Rs 21,51,418 lakh from Rs 19,79,450 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was reported at Rs 4,35,939 lakh, down by 2.72% YoY from Rs 4,48,147 lakh in Q4FY25, and down by 36.70% QoQ from Rs 6,88,717 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income reached Rs 21,56,786 lakh, marking an 8.44% YoY growth over Rs 19,88,952 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q4FY26 increased to Rs 19,001 lakh, up by 13.55% YoY compared to Rs 16,734 lakh in Q4FY25, and grew by 10.15% QoQ from Rs 17,250 lakh in Q3FY26. Annual PBT for FY26 grew by 29.61% YoY, reaching Rs 27,451 lakh against Rs 21,180 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 15,154 lakh, reflecting a growth of 12.43% YoY from Rs 13,479 lakh in Q4FY25, and an increase of 12.09% QoQ from Rs 13,520 lakh in Q3FY26. Net profit for FY26 jumped by 14.95% YoY to Rs 21,149 lakh from Rs 18,398 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights:: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 4,34,719 lakh, registering a decline of 2.45% YoY compared to Rs 4,45,651 lakh in Q4FY25, and a decrease of 36.72% QoQ against Rs 6,86,975 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,819 lakh, showing an increase of 21.43% YoY from Rs 9,733 lakh in Q4FY25, and an increase of 26.04% QoQ from Rs 9,377 lakh in Q3FY26. Net profit for FY26 showcased a massive jump of 122.46% YoY, reaching Rs 16,965 lakh from Rs 7,626 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Modernization and Expansion: The company is in the process of modernizing and expanding the crushing capacity of its Sugar Unit at Alaganchi Village, Nanjangudu taluk, Mysore District, Karnataka, from 7,500 TCD to 10,000 TCD. Ethanol Production: The company is currently evaluating the production of Ethanol in its existing Distillery Units. Segment-wise Performance: Sugar: The segment generated revenue of Rs 1,822.80 crore with a segment result (profit) of Rs 95.72 crore. Power: The segment generated revenue of Rs 292.50 crore with a segment result (profit) of Rs 26.99 crore. Distillery: The segment generated revenue of Rs 269.72 crore with a segment result (profit) of Rs 44.53 crore.
