The buyback was concluded and 5,48,780 equity shares were extinguished in Q1FY27.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c2567179952=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2567179952="">Investment in Subsidiary: </strong>In Q2FY27, the company invested Rs 1,310 lakh by subscribing to 1,05,000 1% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) of OT Park Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, to provide long-term capital support for business expansion and project development activities.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c2567179952=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2567179952="">Litigation Update: </strong>In FY26, a former employee initiated legal proceedings against the wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Onward Technologies Inc. The company has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint and continues to contest the matter on merits; an adverse outcome is not considered probable and it is disclosed as a contingent liability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Jigar Mehta, Managing Director, Onward Technologies, said:</strong> “Q2FY27 represents a significant step forward in both scale and profitability for Onward Technologies.
