Packaged Foods company Orkla India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,258.0 million, representing a decline of 1.61% QoQ from Rs 6,360.6 million and an increase of 4.97% YoY from Rs 5,961.8 million. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue was Rs 25,091.4 million compared to Rs 23,947.1 million in FY25. Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,407.5 million, compared to Rs 6,437.1 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 6,099.6 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 25,505.7 million compared to Rs 24,552.4 million in FY25. Profit Before Tax: Consolidated profit before tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 977.4 million, showing an increase of 27.97% QoQ from Rs 763.8 million and a 65.27% increase YoY from Rs 591.4 million. For the full year FY26, profit before tax was Rs 3,824.1 million compared to Rs 3,550.5 million in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 734.3 million, up 29.64% QoQ from Rs 566.4 million and up 108.37% YoY from Rs 352.4 million. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit was Rs 2,856.7 million compared to Rs 2,556.9 million in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Consolidated Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 5.4, compared to Rs 4.1 in Q3FY26 and Rs 2.6 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, EPS was Rs 20.9 compared to Rs 18.7 in FY25. Profit Before Tax: Profit before tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 976.9 million, an increase of 30.60% QoQ from Rs 748.0 million and an increase of 67.33% YoY from Rs 583.8 million. For the full year FY26, profit before tax was Rs 3,781.6 million compared to Rs 3,529.3 million in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 733.9 million, up 33.03% QoQ from Rs 551.7 million and up 110.95% YoY from Rs 347.9 million. For the full year FY26, net profit was Rs 2,817.6 million compared to Rs 2,539.4 million in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 improved to Rs 5.4 compared to Rs 4.0 in Q3FY26 and Rs 2.5 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the EPS stood at Rs 20.6 compared to Rs 18.5 in FY25. Business Highlights Segment-wise Performance: The company's business activities fall within a single operating segment, namely, food products and beverages. Accordingly, no separate segment information has been provided. Initial Public Offering (IPO): During the year ended March 31, 2026, the company completed its Initial Public Offering of 22,843,004 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 730 per share. The total proceeds from the offer for sale amounted to Rs 16,673.3 million. The company's shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited on November 06, 2025. EBITDA grew 7.0% year-on-year to Rs 424 crore Sanjay Sharma, Managing Director & CEO, Orkla India, said, “We delivered resilient performance in FY26, while continuing to strengthen the long-term foundations of the business. In Q4FY26, Spices, which contributes around 66% of our business, grew at 6.1% despite issues in the Kerala market. Net of Kerala the domestic growth of spices remains strong at 11.1% with volume development of 6.5%. Our focus during the year remained on investing in future-ready growth platforms. Strategic initiatives such as the ‘Kerala Distribution Restructuring’ and ‘Accelerating digital commerce trajectory’ reflect our commitment to sharpening the route-to-market ecosystem and building deeper digital and consumer engagement capabilities. While towards the end of FY26, West Asia conflict has impacted our operations, we have responded with agility, ensuring business continuity and consistent product availability. As we look ahead to FY27, we remain optimistic about the underlying structural drivers of the economy.
