Personal Products company Procter & Gamble Hygiene & Healthcare announced Q3FY26 results The company delivered sales of Rs 1,262 crore, reporting a growth of 1% versus year ago. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was Rs 301 crore, up 12% versus year ago. The Company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 195 per Equity Share (including a onetime special dividend of Rs 25 per Equity Share) for FY26. Kumar Venkatasubramanian, Managing Director, Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care, said: “We continued to invest to delight our consumers, reflecting in our stable performance. We remain committed to our integrated growth strategy, to drive balanced growth and value creation. Procter & Gamble Home Products Ltd, which manages iconic home and fabric care brands as Ariel and Tide, reported a 19.1 per cent increase in profit to Rs 683.29 crore in FY25 and its revenue from operations rose 3.4 per cent to Rs 9,054.11 crore, according to a regulatory filing from the company. However, its total income, which includes other income, was down nearly 2 per cent to Rs 9,228.83 crore for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, according to financial data accessed through the business intelligence platform Tofler. The figure stood at Rs 9,413.02 crore a year before. Procter & Gamble Home Products Ltd (PGHPL)'s net profit was at Rs 573.6 crore, and its revenue from operations stood at 8,756.79 crore in the year-ago period. Business Verticals
P&G Hygiene and Healthcare Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing, distributing and selling personal health care products. It operates primarily in two segments: Feminine Care Business (Whisper) and Health Care Business (Vicks).
Whisper continues to be the market leader in the feminine care business. The "Comfort & Soft" segment, with the launch of Whisper Choice Aloe Vera's longer length, and the upgrade of their flagship Ultra and Choice portfolio, have transcended customer experience.
In the healthcare business, Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Healthcare Ltd. continued to win despite the challenges due to COVID-19 with the growth of Vicks' portfolio. Vicks 3-in-1 throat lozenges boosted the growth of this segment due to increased demand with world-class communication across all our sub-brands and superior go-to-market strategy.

1985 -
In September, the Company's herbal plant in Annaram, Andhra Pradesh's Medak district, was commissioned to produce herbal and other natural ingredient products.
Procter & Gamble Co. acquired Richardson-Vicks Inc. in October, and as a result, Richardson Hindustan Ltd. (RHL) became a Procter & Gamble Co. affiliate. Thus, the name of the Company was changed from Richardson Hindustan Ltd. to Procter & Gamble India Ltd. on April 4, 1988.
1992 - The Company introduced Whisper Extra long and Whisper Extra Large.
1993 - The Company High-Quality Whisper with Wings was introduced.
1995 -
Vicks Vitamin 'C' is a premium line of drops introduced by the Company.
Whisper Extra Dry, a high-performance sanitary protection product, was introduced by the Company.
The Company ventured to set up a state-of-the-art technology healthcare plant in Goa.
1996 - The Company introduced a test market for Vicks Vaporub Super Balm.
1998 - Procter & Gamble India Ltd. has now become Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd.
2000 -
The Company introduced a new brand, Tampax, to the Indian Sanitary napkin market.
Vicks cough drop was reintroduced in a new 2.5 gm blue back.
Vicks Plus medicated lozenges made their way in India.
Gary W. Cofer, country manager, Procter and Gamble, India, is the new managing director of Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Healthcare Ltd. w.e.f. September 1.

2001 -

2003 - The Company launched a new VICKS Formula 44 cough syrup.
2004 - 'Whisper Choice' makes its entry in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka with a pack of 10 pads priced at Rs 26 as a test market launch.
2019 - The Company was awarded the Packaging Innovation Awards 2019 and Best Workplaces for Innovators 2019.
2020 - The Company was awarded Top 25 Most Innovative Client Companies 2020.
