Q3FY26 Quarterly Result Announced for Procter & Gamble Health Ltd.

Pharmaceuticals company Procter & Gamble Health announced Q3FY26 results Financial Highlights: The company’s Revenue from Operations for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 37,045 lakh, representing a marginal decrease of 0.91% on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 37,386 lakh in Q2FY26, and an increase of 19.12% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 31,099 lakh in Q3FY25. Total Income for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, was Rs 37,445 lakh, showing a decrease of 1.00% QoQ from Rs 37,822 lakh and an increase of 19.21% YoY from Rs 31,410 lakh. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q3FY26 was Rs 13,321 lakh, reflecting a growth of 22.41% QoQ from Rs 10,882 lakh and a significant growth of 69.63% YoY from Rs 7,853 lakh. Net Profit for the quarter reached Rs 9,460 lakh, an increase of 21.92% compared to Rs 7,759 lakh in the preceding quarter and a growth of 54.63% compared to Rs 6,118 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Earnings per equity share (EPS) for Q3FY26 was Rs 56.99 (not annualised), compared to Rs 46.74 in Q2FY26 and Rs 36.86 in Q3FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company has identified Pharmaceuticals as its single primary reportable segment in accordance with Ind AS 108. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 45 per equity share (nominal value of Rs 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 59th Annual General Meeting. Operational Structure: The company does not have any subsidiary, associate, or joint venture as of March 31, 2026. Labour Codes Update: The company evaluated the impact of the new Labour Codes (2020) and assessed that any incremental impact is not material, as the current salary structure is in line with the requirements.
