Industrial Products company Precision Wires India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Q4FY26 revenue stood at Rs 1,74,345.71 lakh, reflecting a YoY increase of 66.71% from Rs 1,04,582.75 lakh in Q4FY25 and a QoQ increase of 30.41% from Rs 1,33,693.52 lakh in Q3FY26. Annual revenue for FY26 reached Rs 5,41,018.05 lakh, up 34.75% YoY from Rs 4,01,483.14 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,76,285.04 lakh, up 67.19% YoY from Rs 1,05,437.66 lakh in Q4FY25 and 30.81% QoQ from Rs 1,34,760.26 lakh in Q3FY26. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 5,46,343.14 lakh, a 35.38% increase YoY from Rs 4,03,562.07 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): For Q4FY26, PAT was Rs 5,487.41 lakh, an 85.49% YoY increase from Rs 2,958.40 lakh in Q4FY25 and a 45.57% QoQ increase from Rs 3,769.57 lakh in Q3FY26. Annual PAT for FY26 grew by 72.44% YoY to Rs 15,526.80 lakh, up from Rs 9,004.01 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 3.03, compared to Rs 1.66 in Q4FY25. Annual basic EPS for FY26 was Rs 8.58, up from Rs 5.04 in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board declared a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per equity share of face value Rs 1/- each (55%), payable within 30 days of approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Auditors: M/s Kailash Chand Jain & Co. were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. M/s Gangan & Co. were re-appointed as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Corporate Governance: The Board approved the addition of two sub-clauses to the Main Objects clause of the Memorandum of Association. The Board approved a change to Clause 12 (a) of the Articles of Association regarding the Further Issue of Capital to align with SEBI ICDR Regulations. Mrs. Krina Parekh was re-appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting. Operational Developments: The Company obtained an unsecured Working Capital Facility of Rs 190 crore from RBL Limited.
