Dear Sir/ Madam, This is with reference to intimation filed by the Company on 19th April,2025 informing about filling of a Writ Petition on 19th April, 2025 before the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh against order dated 3rd February, 2025 passed by Deputy Commissioner, GST Division, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh rejecting demand of Company for refund under the Scheme of Budgetary Support. In continuation to the above, we would further like to inform you that, the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh has allowed the writ petition and quashed and set aside the impugned order dated 03.02.2025 vide its order dated 07.10.2026. The details of the updates on said petition of the Company as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and the Circular(s) issued thereunder is enclosed herewith as Annexure I. Copy of the said order dated 07.10.2026 was received by the Company today i.e. Thursday, 08 October 2026 at 10:11 a.m. (IST).
