Segment results for Q2FY27<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> flipped to a profit of Rs 15.17 million against a loss of Rs 17.64 million in Q1FY27<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> and a loss of Rs 20.98 million in Q2FY26<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->, with H1FY27<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> results posting a net loss of Rs 2.47 million.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lohit Bhatia, ED & Group CEO, said:</strong> “We are pleased to report a good result for Q2, with revenue growing by 15% YoY to Rs 4,396 crore and adj. EBITDA rising by 20% YoY to Rs 92 crore. Our PAT and EPS grew 44% YoY, reaching Rs 75 crore and Rs 5 respectively, while delivering a ROE of 25%.</p> <p>The Board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share, reaffirming our commitment to creating sustainable value for our shareholders.</p> <p>This quarter’s performance was marked by a significant milestone as our headcount crossed 500k, driven largely by headcount additions of over 20k in our General Staffing business. The segment delivered robust performance, adding 116 new client logos and achieving 15% YoY revenue growth and 23% YoY EBITDA growth, positioning us strongly for the quarters ahead.</p> <p>Professional Staffing recorded 13% YoY revenue growth, supported by sustained hiring demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs).</p> <p>Despite geopolitical challenges in the Middle East, our Overseas Business maintained momentum, delivering 10% YoY revenue growth and 23% YoY EBITDA growth.
