The segment recorded a loss (before tax and interest) of Rs 369.29 million in Q1FY27.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Developer Business:</strong> Segment revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,130.38 million compared to Rs 1,750.23 million in Q4FY26. The segment achieved a profit of Rs 566.01 million in Q1FY27.</li> </ul> </li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">In respect of Srinagar Banihal Expressway Limited (a subsidiary), deductions were made by NHAI of Rs 2,509.46 million from annuities. The subsidiary has initiated arbitration proceedings and expects the amount to be fully recoverable.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Hospet Chitradurga Tollways Limited (a subsidiary) ceased to be a going concern as the project was terminated with mutual consent from NHAI during FY15.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">During Q1FY27, the parent company reviewed and wrote back certain liabilities amounting to Rs 158.83 million which are no longer considered payable.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">During Q4FY26, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Sehore Kosmi Tollways Limited and Ramky Elsamex Hyderabad Ring Road Limited, with an appointed date of April 01, 2024.</li> </ul> <p><a class="lb" href="/get-document/post/pdf/5778776/" target="_blank">Result PDF</a></p>
