Realty company Raymond Realty announced Q3FY26 results Total income of Rs 766 crore in Q3FY26 vs Rs 492 crore in Q3FY25, a 56% YoY growth. EBITDA of Rs 100 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 105 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA margin at 13.0% in Q3FY26 vs 21.4% in Q3FY25. Q3FY26, the company achieved a booking value of Rs 743 crore. Net Debt with Rs 230 crore. Harmohan Sahni, Managing Director & CEO, Raymond Realty, said: “We delivered strong revenue growth during the quarter, reflecting healthy demand and successful execution of our new launches. Margins were temporarily impacted by upfront approval and marketing costs, which are essential investments to build scale and sustain long-term growth.
