Electronic Components company RIR Power Electronics announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The standalone revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,394.98 lakh, representing a QoQ growth of 18.16% from Rs 2,026.86 lakh in Q3FY26, but a YoY decrease of 9.50% compared to Rs 2,646.42 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,501.23 lakh, rising 20.91% QoQ from Rs 2,068.68 lakh and declining 7.44% YoY from Rs 2,702.39 lakh. Net Profit: The standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 138.81 lakh, a significant QoQ increase of 212.50% from Rs 44.42 lakh in Q3FY26, while showing a YoY decline of 45.54% from Rs 254.90 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Performance: For the full year FY26, standalone revenue from operations was Rs 9,087.42 lakh, an increase of 5.41% compared to Rs 8,620.63 lakh in FY25. Standalone net profit for FY26 stood at Rs 671.99 lakh, a decrease of 18.81% from Rs 827.65 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 2,394.98 lakh, showing a QoQ growth of 18.16% from Rs 2,026.86 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY decrease of 9.50% compared to Rs 2,646.42 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Income: Total consolidated income for the quarter was Rs 2,501.23 lakh, up 20.91% QoQ and down 7.04% YoY. Net Profit: The consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 138.81 lakh, up 212.50% QoQ and down 42.86% YoY compared to Rs 242.94 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Performance: For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 9,087.42 lakh, up 5.41% from FY25. Consolidated net profit for FY26 was Rs 792.91 lakh, showing a growth of 3.98% compared to Rs 762.57 lakh in FY25. Exceptional Items: The consolidated results for FY26 include a gain of Rs 113.38 lakh as an exceptional item. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share of Rs 2 each (5%) for FY26. Segment Performance: The Company operates in a single reportable segment, which is "Power Electronics". Subsidiary Sale: During the year, the company sold its entire holdings in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Visicon Power Electronics Pvt Ltd. The control ceased on July 26, 2025. Odisha Project Grant: During the quarter ended December 2025, a grant of Rs 2,600.55 lakh was sanctioned by the State Government of Odisha for setting up the Odisha project. Out of this, Rs 555.85 lakh was received in the current quarter from the State Government of Odisha. Employee Stock Options: The shareholders approved the 'RIR Power Electronics Limited Employees Stock Ownership Plan - 2025' via a Special Resolution on January 15, 2026. Under this plan, 7,50,000 stock options have been granted to the Managing Director at a fair value of Rs 116.97 per option.
