For FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 5,77,979 lakh, marking an increase of 3.10% YoY compared to Rs 5,60,583 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 1,65,975 lakh in Q4FY26, witnessing a marginal drop of 0.52% QoQ from Rs 1,66,845 lakh in Q3FY26, while growing by 18.51% YoY against Rs 1,40,055 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 6,22,678 lakh, up by 7.35% YoY from Rs 5,80,036 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Clocked at Rs 41,559 lakh in Q4FY26, a slight contraction of 2.66% QoQ from Rs 42,693 lakh in Q3FY26, but a significant surge of 142.55% YoY compared to Rs 17,134 lakh in Q4FY25. Liner: Segment revenue for Q4FY26 declined to Rs 16,467 lakh, down 30.99% YoY from Rs 23,862 lakh in Q4FY25. FY26 revenue contracted to Rs 78,427 lakh against Rs 1,03,623 lakh in FY25. Technical & Offshore: Contributed Rs 7,237 lakh in Q4FY26, growing 11.25% YoY from Rs 6,505 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 29,785 lakh. Dividend Announcement: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each (i.e., 10% per share) for the financial year.
