Shipping company Shipping Corporation of India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Reported at Rs 1,51,321 lakh in Q4FY26, representing a decline of 6.11% QoQ (compared to Rs 1,61,167 lakh in Q3FY26) but recording a growth of 14.19% YoY (from Rs 1,32,519 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 5,77,979 lakh, marking an increase of 3.10% YoY compared to Rs 5,60,583 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 1,65,975 lakh in Q4FY26, witnessing a marginal drop of 0.52% QoQ from Rs 1,66,845 lakh in Q3FY26, while growing by 18.51% YoY against Rs 1,40,055 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 6,22,678 lakh, up by 7.35% YoY from Rs 5,80,036 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Clocked at Rs 41,559 lakh in Q4FY26, a slight contraction of 2.66% QoQ from Rs 42,693 lakh in Q3FY26, but a significant surge of 142.55% YoY compared to Rs 17,134 lakh in Q4FY25. The annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 1,42,281 lakh, jumping 67.04% YoY from Rs 85,179 lakh in FY25. Profit for the Period (Net Profit): Stood at Rs 41,376 lakh in Q4FY26, marking a growth of 5.18% QoQ from Rs 39,337 lakh in Q3FY26 and soaring by 140.32% YoY from Rs 17,217 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit scaled up by 62.91% YoY to Rs 1,32,625 lakh compared to Rs 81,410 lakh in FY25. Business & Segment Highlights Segment-Wise Performance: Tanker: Remained the largest revenue contributor, generating Rs 1,07,446 lakh in Q4FY26 (up 15.84% YoY from Rs 92,751 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue for this segment stood at Rs 3,94,223 lakh, up from Rs 3,60,960 lakh in FY25. Bulk Carrier: Recorded a substantial revenue growth, posting Rs 21,783 lakh in Q4FY26, jumping 118.07% YoY from Rs 9,989 lakh in Q4FY25. Total FY26 revenue was Rs 78,887 lakh. Liner: Segment revenue for Q4FY26 declined to Rs 16,467 lakh, down 30.99% YoY from Rs 23,862 lakh in Q4FY25. FY26 revenue contracted to Rs 78,427 lakh against Rs 1,03,623 lakh in FY25. Technical & Offshore: Contributed Rs 7,237 lakh in Q4FY26, growing 11.25% YoY from Rs 6,505 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 29,785 lakh. Dividend Announcement: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each (i.e., 10% per share) for the financial year. The total approximate outgo on this account will be Rs 46.58 crore. Geopolitical Impact on Operations: Maritime movement through the Strait of Hormuz was severely disrupted due to escalations in the Middle East.
