Finance company Sundaram Finance announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: The Company’s Total Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,075.07 crore, representing a YoY growth of 15.07% compared to Rs 1,803.39 crore in Q4FY25 and a QoQ growth of 8.59% from Rs 1,910.97 crore in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter ended Q4FY26 was Rs 2,103.01 crore, up 14.05% YoY from Rs 1,843.93 crore and up 9.1% QoQ from Rs 1,927.53 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 reached Rs 608.38 crore, witnessing a growth of 11.46% YoY from Rs 545.85 crore and a significant increase of 51.01% QoQ from Rs 402.87 crore in the preceding quarter. Profit Before Tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 768.40 crore, an increase of 5.71% YoY from Rs 726.92 crore and a 46.1% growth QoQ compared to Rs 525.94 crore. For FY26, the Company reported a Total Revenue from Operations of Rs 7,682.96 crore, showing a growth of 17.83% over Rs 6,520.44 crore in FY25. Annual Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 stood at Rs 1,834.17 crore, increasing by 18.9% YoY from Rs 1,542.65 crore in FY25. Interest Income For FY26 rose to Rs 6,597.98 crore, a growth of 16.82% YoY compared to Rs 5,648.15 crore in FY25. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per share (240%) for FY26. Combined with the interim dividend of Rs 16 per share (160%), the total dividend for the year stands at Rs 40 per share (400%). Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted) for FY26 increased to Rs 165.09 from Rs 138.85 in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated Total Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,560.40 crore, up 13.34% YoY from Rs 2,259.05 crore in Q4FY25 and up 1.85% QoQ from Rs 2,513.95 crore in Q3FY26. Consolidated Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,589.39 crore, showing an increase of 12.57% YoY compared to Rs 2,300.22 crore and a 2.35% growth QoQ from Rs 2,529.95 crore. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 was Rs 580.55 crore, representing a growth of 4.88% YoY from Rs 553.53 crore and an 11.22% increase QoQ from Rs 521.98 crore. For FY26, Consolidated Total Revenue from Operations reached Rs 9,808.92 crore, a growth of 15.59% over Rs 8,485.63 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Asset Financing: This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 9,071.07 crore for FY26, compared to Rs 7,818.83 crore in FY25. The segment result (profit) for FY26 was Rs 2,445.71 crore. Others: This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 740.28 crore for FY26, compared to Rs 668.44 crore in FY25. The segment result (profit) for FY26 was Rs 285.05 crore. Exceptional Items: The Company reported an incremental impact due to the new Labour Codes amounting to Rs 74.75 crore on a standalone basis and Rs 75.61 crore on a consolidated basis for the year ended March 31, 2026. Loan Acquisition: During the year ended March 31, 2026, the Company acquired 2,730 loan accounts (not in default) from its subsidiary company, amounting to Rs 753.26 crore (90% of loans acquired). Asset Quality (Standalone): Gross Stage 3 loans stood at 1.44% as of March 31, 2026. Net Stage 3 loans were reported at 0.69% for the same period. Capital Adequacy: The standalone Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 19.07% as of March 31, 2026. Net Worth: The Company's standalone net worth reached Rs 12,715.39 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 11,139.10 crore in the previous year. NCD Utilization: The Company confirmed that proceeds from Non-Convertible Debentures issued during Q4FY26, totaling Rs 1,225.00 crore, were fully utilized for the purposes for which they were raised, with no deviations. Harsha Viji, Executive Vice Chairman, said: “Q4FY26 witnessed continued improvement in the economic environment following the GST 2.0 reforms effected in September 2025. While H1FY26 witnessed trade tariff related complications resulting in somewhat muted demand and macroeconomic activity, H2FY26 gathered steam spurred by the transmission of monetary policy and stimulus provided by fiscal policy measures. Under these circumstances, Team Sundaram has delivered 16.4% growth in AUM to Rs. 59,908 crores, asset quality with net stage 3 assets at 0.69% vs 0.75% last year and profits after tax growth of 19% YoY.
