Realty company Sunteck Realty announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue grew to ~Rs 339 crore in Q4FY26 and ~Rs 1,124 crore in FY26, up 65% YoY and 32% YoY, respectively. EBITDA grew to ~Rs 97 crore in Q4FY26 and ~Rs 305 crore in FY26, up 41% YoY and 64% YoY, respectively. PAT grew to ~Rs 63 crore in Q4FY26 and ~Rs 202 crore in FY26, up 25% YoY and 34% YoY, respectively. EBITDA Margin stood strong at 29% in Q4FY26 and 27% in FY26. PAT Margin stood strong at 19% in Q4FY26 and 18% in FY26. Business Highlights: Pre-sales grew to ~Rs 1,064 crore in Q4FY26 and ~Rs 3,157 crore in FY26, up 22% YoY and 25% YoY, respectively. Collections stood strong at ~Rs 432 crore in Q4FY26 and ~Rs 1,433 crore in FY26, up 39% YoY and 14% YoY, respectively. Net Cash Flow Surplus stood strong at ~Rs 552 crore in FY26, up 48% YoY. Realty company Sunteck Realty announced Q3FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue grew to ~Rs 344 crore in Q3FY26 and ~Rs 785 crore in 9MFY26, up 113% YoY and 21% YoY respectively. EBITDA grew to ~Rs 82 crore in Q3FY26 and ~Rs 207 crore in 9MFY26, up 68% YoY and 77% YoY respectively. PAT grew to ~Rs 57 crore in Q3FY26 and ~Rs 139 crore in 9MFY26, up 34% YoY and 39% YoY respectively. EBITDA Margin stood strong at 24% in Q3FY26 and 26% in 9MFY26.
