Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company and the Kenya Revenue Authority have entered into a full and final settlement agreement in respect of the assessment pertaining to calendar years 2020 to 2023. Pursuant to the settlement, the demand as per order dated December 12, 2025 has been reduced from approx. INR 26.50 Crore (including interest and penalties) to approx. INR 2.66 Crore (only principal). Further, the settlement absolves the Company from paying interest and penalties on payment of principal demand by December 25, 2026 and other compliances as per applicable law.
