Tanla Platforms along with its subsidiary companies offers cloud communication services. These services cater to both mobile operators and businesses, serving clients not only in India but also globally. Their SMS Campaign Manager allows businesses to easily send out messages to all their customers at once, whether they're promotional or transactional. They also offer Two-Factor Authentication for added security, Boomering for international calling options and Omni Communication, a platform that seamlessly transitions between different communication channels for customer interactions.
Additionally they provide cloud voice services such as Hosted IVR solution which lets businesses create and update custom IVR applications through a simple web interface. Their Voice Broadcast technology allows personalized interactive voice broadcasts, while Free Ring engages customers with interactive communications. Source Trace helps track inbound calls back to their marketing source.
Moreover they have IoT platform enabling businesses to connect, collect and manage data effectively. They offer Trubloq, blockchain-enabled communication platform as a service (CPaaS) stack and Wisely, delivering communication services for the CPaaS ecosystem.
Originally known as Tanla Solutions Limited, company rebranded as Tanla Platforms Limited in October 2020. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, they have been at forefront of providing innovative communication solutions for over two decades.
