Surface Transportation company Transport Corporation of India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 11,277 million, representing a growth of 5.92% on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 10,647 million in Q3FY26 and a growth of 12.26% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 10,045 million in Q4FY25. Total Income (Net) reached Rs 11,404 million in Q4FY26, up from Rs 11,132 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 10,207 million in Q4FY25. Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 1,097 million, a decrease of 20.10% compared to Rs 1,373 million in Q3FY26, but an increase of 6.20% compared to Rs 1,033 million in Q4FY25. Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax was Rs 1,015 million, down 22.22% from Rs 1,305 million in the preceding quarter and up 12.15% from Rs 905 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Earnings Per Share (Basic) stood at Rs 13.23 for Q4FY26, compared to Rs 17.02 in Q3FY26 and Rs 11.73 in Q4FY25. FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for FY26, was Rs 42,248 million, marking a growth of 7.34% over Rs 39,359 million in FY25. Total Income (Net) for FY26 was Rs 43,526 million, compared to Rs 40,588 million in FY25. Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax for FY26 reached Rs 4,440 million, an increase of 12.15% from Rs 3,959 million in the previous year. Earnings Per Share (Basic) for FY26 improved to Rs 57.89 from Rs 51.30 in FY25. Q4FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 13,238 million, showing an increase of 6.01% on a QoQ basis from Rs 12,488 million in Q3FY26 and an increase of 12.30% on a YoY basis from Rs 11,788 million in Q4FY25. Total Income (Net) for the quarter stood at Rs 13,361 million, compared to Rs 12,609 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 11,972 million in Q4FY25. Profit before tax was Rs 1,324 million, reflecting a growth of 7.03% QoQ from Rs 1,237 million and 4.09% YoY from Rs 1,272 million. Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax for the period was Rs 1,245 million, up 7.51% from Rs 1,158 million in the previous quarter and up 8.17% from Rs 1,151 million in the same quarter last year. Earnings Per Share (Basic) was Rs 16.12 for Q4FY26, compared to Rs 14.96 in Q3FY26 and Rs 14.80 in Q4FY25. FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for FY26, stood at Rs 49,168 million, a growth of 9.46% compared to Rs 44,918 million in FY25. Total Income (Net) for FY26 was Rs 49,650 million, up from Rs 45,385 million in FY25. Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax for FY26 was Rs 4,599 million, representing a growth of 10.53% compared to Rs 4,161 million in FY25. Earnings Per Share (Basic) for FY26 was Rs 59.49, compared to Rs 53.43 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Freight Division: Revenue was Rs 23,544 million for FY26 compared to Rs 22,113 million in FY25. Supply Chain Solutions Division: Revenue stood at Rs 21,989 million for FY26, up from Rs 17,771 million in FY25. Seaways Division: Revenue reached Rs 6,535 million for FY26, compared to Rs 6,199 million in FY25. Energy Division: Revenue was Rs 42 million for FY26, consistent with Rs 45 million in FY25. Dividend Recommendation: The Board has recommended a final dividend of 50% i.e., Rs. 1 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each for FY26. Combined with the interim dividend of Rs. 9 per share paid earlier, the total dividend for FY26 is Rs. 10 per equity share (500%). Employee Stock Options: The Board approved the grant of 1,20,000 options under the Employee Stock Option Plan-2017-9th Tranche at an exercise price of Rs. 500 per share. Management Changes: Ms. Hansa Sharma, Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company effective from May 26, 2026. Asset Growth: Total Consolidated Assets increased to Rs 34,818 million as at March 31, 2026, from Rs 29,340 million as at March 31, 2025. To encourage use of public transport, the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) will run special buses for Delhi government employees to travel from their residence to the nearest metro station and then to the Delhi Secretariat, officials said on Monday. The move comes amid intensifying efforts by the Delhi government to encourage use of public transport in the wake of fuel concerns linked to uncertainties in West Asia. "The special bus services shall facilitate connectivity from Delhi Administration Flats to the nearest metro stations as well as to Delhi Secretariat in accordance with office timings," an order said. The buses will run in morning and evening shifts, commencing 9 am as office-hour traffic peaks, and between 5 pm and 8 pm for homeward commute. Around 54 buses will be run under the special service.
