Financial Institutions company Tourism Finance Corporation of India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 7,394.01 lakh, registering a growth of 6.46% YoY compared to Rs 6,945.25 lakh in Q4FY25 and an increase of 4.75% QoQ from Rs 7,059.00 lakh in Q3FY26. Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,389.08 lakh, up 8.60% YoY from Rs 6,803.78 lakh in Q4FY25 and up 6.11% QoQ compared to Rs 6,963.61 lakh in Q3FY26. Interest Income for the quarter reached Rs 6,598.87 lakh, a growth of 16.54% YoY as against Rs 5,662.29 lakh in Q4FY25 and a growth of 12.00% QoQ from Rs 5,892.24 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 3,202.40 lakh, showing an increase of 6.03% YoY from Rs 3,020.31 lakh in Q4FY25 and a marginal increase of 0.66% QoQ from Rs 3,181.51 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, Total Income was Rs 27,683.49 lakh, reflecting a growth of 6.45% compared to Rs 26,006.30 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations for the full year FY26 stood at Rs 27,368.97 lakh, up 8.77% from Rs 25,162.80 lakh in FY25. Interest Income for FY26 reached Rs 23,827.20 lakh, representing a growth of 15.18% over Rs 20,686.50 lakh in FY25. Annual Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 12,346.33 lakh, registering a growth of 18.93% YoY compared to Rs 10,381.32 lakh in FY25. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at Rs 2.67, compared to Rs 2.24 in FY25. Note: The Company stated that the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements is not applicable. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: The company is engaged mainly in financing and investment business activity. All activities are related to this main activity, and as such, there are no separate reportable segments as per Ind AS 108. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share of Rs 2 each (30%) for the financial year 2025-26. Asset Quality: Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) significantly improved to 0.37% as of March 31, 2026, compared to 3.22% as of March 31, 2025. Net NPA was Nil in FY26 as against 1.61% in FY25. Provisioning: The Provision Coverage Ratio improved to 100.00% in FY26 from 50.00% in the previous year. Loan Portfolio: As of March 31, 2026, the company reported Gross loans amounting to Rs 2,08,814.09 lakh. During the year, the company acquired 4 loan accounts not in default amounting to Rs 16,947.42 lakh. Asset Transfer: During the year ended March 31, 2026, the company assigned/transferred a borrower account with principal outstanding of Rs 2,880.83 lakh to an Asset Reconstruction Company for a consideration of Rs 3,000 lakh on an all-cash basis. Fund Raising: The Board approved raising resources up to Rs 1,200 crore through various long/medium/short-term loans or the issuance of Bonds/Debentures. Net Worth and Borrowings: Tangible Net Worth as of March 31, 2026, stood at Rs 1,30,483.84 lakh. Outstanding Qualified Borrowings at the end of the financial year reached Rs 1,083.46 crore. Management Re-appointment: Shri Anoop Bali has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term of 2 years effective from June 1, 2026, and will also continue as CFO. Result PDF
