Heavy Electrical Equipment company Transrail Lighting announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, the consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,831.45 crore, registering an increase of 3.05% QoQ compared to Rs 1,777.19 crore in Q3FY26, but a decline of 3.94% YoY against Rs 1,906.65 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 6,779.95 crore, up by 30.08% YoY from Rs 5,212.24 crore in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,874.02 crore, growing by 3.62% QoQ (from Rs 1,808.61 crore in Q3FY26) and declining by 4.42% YoY (from Rs 1,960.67 crore in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 6,928.83 crore, an increase of 29.43% YoY from Rs 5,353.20 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT in Q4FY26 stood at Rs 143.50 crore, marking a decrease of 5.15% QoQ (vs Rs 151.29 crore in Q3FY26) and 18.81% YoY (vs Rs 176.75 crore in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 was reported at Rs 566.63 crore, increasing by 21.30% YoY compared to Rs 467.13 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): The PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 96.50 crore, showing a decline of 11.87% QoQ (from Rs 109.50 crore in Q3FY26) and 24.14% YoY (from Rs 127.20 crore in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT was Rs 403.59 crore, representing a 22.79% YoY increase against Rs 328.68 crore in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue from operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 1,831.31 crore, recording a QoQ increase of 3.07% from Rs 1,776.68 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY decrease of 3.95% from Rs 1,906.62 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 6,778.47 crore, a YoY growth of 30.05% compared to Rs 5,212.11 crore in FY25. Total Income: Q4FY26 total income stood at Rs 1,873.47 crore, up 3.58% QoQ (vs Rs 1,808.71 crore in Q3FY26) and down 4.51% YoY (vs Rs 1,962.02 crore in Q4FY25). Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 6,928.70 crore, an increase of 29.37% YoY from Rs 5,355.64 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 146.94 crore, declining 4.25% QoQ (from Rs 153.46 crore in Q3FY26) and 15.88% YoY (from Rs 174.69 crore in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 574.59 crore, growing 21.03% YoY from Rs 474.74 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 100.02 crore, witnessing a decrease of 10.42% QoQ (from Rs 111.65 crore in Q3FY26) and 20.14% YoY (from Rs 125.24 crore in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 411.63 crore, up 22.37% YoY compared to Rs 336.39 crore in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance: Segment-wise Performance: The company's operations are categorised under a single segment, viz., Engineering, Procurement and Construction business (EPC). The geographical revenue breakdown is as follows: In India: Q4FY26 revenue stood at Rs 953.58 crore (vs Rs 1,053.68 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 670.99 crore in Q4FY25). For FY26, the revenue generated in India was Rs 3,356.11 crore (vs Rs 2,192.50 crore in FY25). Outside India: Q4FY26 revenue stood at Rs 877.87 crore (vs Rs 723.51 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,235.66 crore in Q4FY25). For FY26, the international revenue was Rs 3,423.84 crore (vs Rs 3,019.74 crore in FY25). Dividend: The Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 2 per Equity Share (100% of the face value of Rs 2 each) for FY26. Fund Raising: The Board approved the issuance of Commercial Papers (CPs) aggregating up to Rs 100 crore and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 100 crore, within the overall approved borrowing limits. Capex Plan: Approved a capital expenditure plan of approximately Rs 203 crore. The outlay includes Rs 19.41 crore for Towers, Rs 9.00 crore for Conductor, Rs 169.04 crore for Tools and Plants for construction, and Rs 6.00 crore for other requirements. International Investments: The company approved an investment of AED 12,500,000 in Transrail Trading LLC and AED 18,800,000 in Transrail International FZE. Both are wholly owned subsidiaries located in the UAE. Winding Up of Subsidiary: Approved the voluntary winding up of Transrail Lighting Malaysia SDN. BHD., a wholly owned subsidiary. The management confirmed no material financial impact as the subsidiary had no business operations. Income Tax Search & Seizure: The Income Tax Department carried out search operations at various company premises between March 24, 2026, and March 28, 2026. The management clarified that no assets were attached, no amounts were disclosed or surrendered, and the proceedings have had no material adverse impact on the company's financial position or operations. Recent Acquisition: During the previous quarter (Q3FY26), the company acquired 32% of the equity share capital of CEDEC Engineering Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 0.36 crore, making it an Associate Company with effect from November 28, 2025. Randeep Narang, MD & CEO, said: “The stellar performance for FY26 reflected continued growth momentum for Transrail despite a dynamic operating environment. We have posted our highest-ever revenue, EBITDA and PAT numbers. This was supported by robust execution across key business segments and geographies, resulting in industry-leading margins. Additionally, we made significant progress in strengthening our balance sheet through improved working capital efficiency, debt reduction, and robust operating cash flow generation of Rs 817 crore, nearly double the level achieved in the previous year. During the year, we have doubled our Tower manufacturing capacity and commissioned a new greenfield plant at Butiburi and are in process to do the same for conductors. Backed by a healthy order book, strong bidding pipeline across businesses and geographies, Transrail remains well positioned to sustain its growth trajectory over the medium to long term.” Result PDF
