Auto Parts & Equipment company TVS Holdings announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs 58,154.50 crore, compared to Rs 44,993.16 crore in FY25, representing a growth of 29.25% YoY. In Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 15,587.53 crore, an increase of 32.09% YoY from Rs 11,800.32 crore and a growth of 2.04% QoQ from Rs 15,275.63 crore. Total Income: Total income for the full year FY26 reached Rs 58,224.50 crore, up 29.29% YoY from Rs 45,032.83 crore. For Q4FY26, total income was Rs 15,617.58 crore, marking a 32.27% increase YoY and a 2.13% increase QoQ. Net Profit: The Group achieved a net profit of Rs 3,390.19 crore for FY26, a growth of 40.72% YoY from Rs 2,409.25 crore in FY25. For Q4FY26, net profit was Rs 865.36 crore, showing an increase of 34.38% YoY compared to Rs 643.96 crore in Q4FY25, but a decrease of 10.73% QoQ from Rs 969.39 crore in Q3FY26. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS): For continuing operations, basic EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 838.12, up from Rs 560.63 in FY25. For Q4FY26, the basic EPS was Rs 209.62. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for FY26 was Rs 516.34 crore, reflecting a decrease of 18.98% YoY from Rs 637.30 crore in FY25. For Q4FY26, net profit reached Rs 268.90 crore, representing a growth of 11.31% YoY and a significant increase of 1,168.4% QoQ from Rs 21.20 crore. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for FY26 was Rs 159.30, compared to Rs 174.06 in FY25. For Q4FY26, it was Rs 132.91. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Automotive Vehicles & Parts: Segment revenue for FY26 grew to Rs 48,909.70 crore from Rs 37,655.23 crore in FY25.
