G R Shah & Associates as a Scrutinizer for 36th AGM of the Company. 6.To approve related party transaction with M/s. Unison Forgings Private Limited for contract/agreement. 7.To approve related party transaction between M/s. Chandanpani Limited, a subsidiary of the company and M/s. Unison Forgings Private Limited for contract/agreement. 8.To discuss any other matter with the permission of the board.
