Approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30.6.2026 along with the limited review report issued by statutory auditors. 2.Based on recommendation of NRC, the board recommended the appointment of Sri. T.R. Sekhar (DIN: 02943146) as Non executive Non independent Director of the company who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment which is subject to the approval of members at the ensuing AGM of the company. 3. apporval of secretarial auditors report for the year ended 31.3.2026. 4. Approved the Directors report along with annexures 5. OTHER items as mentioned in the attached outcome.
