Specialty Chemicals company Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 12,267.90 lakh, registering a growth of 12.01% YoY compared to Rs 10,952.70 lakh in Q4FY25 and an increase of 29.89% QoQ from Rs 9,445.10 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter was Rs 12,307.82 lakh, as against Rs 11,009.60 lakh in Q4FY25 (up 11.79% YoY) and Rs 9,467.96 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 30.00% QoQ). Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,794.37 lakh, showing a marginal increase of 1.18% YoY from Rs 1,773.43 lakh and a growth of 13.16% QoQ from Rs 1,585.75 lakh. Net Profit for the period for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,329.07 lakh, up 10.41% YoY from Rs 1,203.74 lakh and up 6.83% QoQ from Rs 1,244.06 lakh. For FY26, Revenue from operations stood at Rs 38,002.62 lakh, compared to Rs 38,230.30 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone Net Profit for FY26 reached Rs 4,915.25 lakh, an increase of 12.81% over Rs 4,357.23 lakh in FY25.
