Q4FY26 & FY26 Result Announced for Wheels India Ltd.

Auto Parts & Equipment company Wheels India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations was reported at Rs 1,564.02 crore, growing by 22.46% YoY against Rs 1,277.19 crore in Q4FY25, and up 14.04% QoQ from Rs 1,371.45 crore in Q3FY26. Total Income stood at Rs 1,572.77 crore, marking a 23.05% YoY rise from Rs 1,278.14 crore in Q4FY25, and a 14.15% QoQ increase from Rs 1,377.81 crore in Q3FY26. Net Profit (PAT) reached Rs 58.81 crore, achieving a strong growth of 52.60% YoY from Rs 38.54 crore in Q4FY25, and an increase of 59.42% QoQ from Rs 36.89 crore in Q3FY26. Revenue from Operations was Rs 5,464.94 crore, a 15.19% YoY growth from Rs 4,744.40 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25). Total Income recorded was Rs 5,487.72 crore, rising 15.55% YoY compared to Rs 4,749.06 crore in FY25. Net Profit (PAT) stood at Rs 158.05 crore, delivering a robust 40.88% YoY increase from Rs 112.19 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic and Diluted) improved to Rs 63.44 from Rs 45.39 in the previous year. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 1,462.13 crore, up 22.63% YoY from Rs 1,192.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), and increased by 14.20% QoQ from Rs 1,280.33 crore in Q3FY26. Total Income was Rs 1,471.49 crore, registering a growth of 23.16% YoY against Rs 1,194.82 crore in Q4FY25, and rising 14.32% QoQ from Rs 1,287.18 crore in Q3FY26. Net Profit (PAT) grew significantly to Rs 52.30 crore, showing an increase of 45.32% YoY compared to Rs 35.99 crore in Q4FY25, and a jump of 63.18% QoQ from Rs 32.05 crore in Q3FY26. Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 5,098.35 crore, reflecting a strong growth of 15.47% YoY from Rs 4,415.33 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25). Total Income reached Rs 5,124.40 crore, up 15.81% YoY from Rs 4,424.86 crore in FY25. Net Profit (PAT) was Rs 138.56 crore, indicating a 30.90% YoY increase from Rs 105.85 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic and Diluted) improved to Rs 56.71 from Rs 43.32 in the previous year. Business Highlights: Segment Performance (Consolidated): Automotive Components: For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue was Rs 1,303.89 crore, reflecting a 24.68% YoY growth compared to Rs 1,045.77 crore in Q4FY25. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the segment recorded a total revenue of Rs 4,526.42 crore (up 15.96% YoY from Rs 3,903.43 crore). Industrial Components: For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue stood at Rs 260.13 crore, growing by 12.41% YoY from Rs 231.42 crore in Q4FY25. For the year ended March 31, 2026, revenue for this segment stood at Rs 938.52 crore (up 11.60% YoY from Rs 840.97 crore). Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 9.14 (91.4%) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2025-26, amounting to an outlay of Rs 22.33 crore. Impact of New Labour Codes: Following the Government of India's notification of four new labour codes effective from November 21, 2025, the company has factored in an incremental gratuity expense of Rs 2.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and Rs 7.90 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026, based on actuarial valuations. Corporate Approvals: The Board approved the alteration of the Articles of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 67th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 1, 2026. Commenting on the performance, Srivats Ram, CMD, Wheels India said, “The fourth quarter was a record quarter in terms of sales driven by very strong domestic demand in car, truck and tractor segments, driven by GST 2.0 reforms. The air suspension division also had a strong quarter. On the export front the demand for earthmover wheels was the driver for growth.” On the outlook, Srivats Ram said “The end of the fourth quarter also saw the beginning of inflation in commodities and fuel prices.
