Airlines company TAAL Tech announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, the consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 5,704.34 lakh, registering a growth of 24.57% QoQ compared to Rs 4,579.25 lakh in Q3FY26, and an increase of 27.65% YoY against Rs 4,468.74 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 19,742.92 lakh, up by 6.64% YoY from Rs 18,514.02 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,094.04 lakh, growing by 19.34% QoQ (from Rs 5,106.31 lakh in Q3FY26) and 26.27% YoY (from Rs 4,826.32 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 21,645.64 lakh, an increase of 8.60% YoY from Rs 19,931.24 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT in Q4FY26 reached Rs 2,050.85 lakh, marking a rise of 30.05% QoQ (vs Rs 1,576.94 lakh in Q3FY26) and 24.59% YoY (vs Rs 1,646.06 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 reported at Rs 7,436.21 lakh, increasing by 11.58% YoY compared to Rs 6,664.77 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): The PAT for Q4FY26 surged to Rs 1,715.84 lakh, showcasing robust growth of 48.20% QoQ (from Rs 1,157.79 lakh in Q3FY26) and 41.38% YoY (from Rs 1,213.60 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT was Rs 5,671.50 lakh, representing a 16.25% YoY increase against Rs 4,878.58 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue from operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 5,508.86 lakh, recording a QoQ increase of 24.87% from Rs 4,411.70 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 26.85% from Rs 4,342.84 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 19,010.10 lakh, a YoY growth of 7.14% compared to Rs 17,743.84 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Q4FY26 total income stood at Rs 5,903.32 lakh, up 19.75% QoQ (vs Rs 4,929.80 lakh in Q3FY26) and 27.20% YoY (vs Rs 4,640.80 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 20,861.28 lakh, an increase of 9.24% YoY from Rs 19,096.63 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,998.43 lakh, climbing 36.50% QoQ (from Rs 1,464.09 lakh in Q3FY26) and 36.30% YoY (from Rs 1,466.24 lakh in Q4FY25). Annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 6,976.49 lakh, growing 11.28% YoY from Rs 6,269.41 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,713.93 lakh, seeing a significant increase of 58.91% QoQ (from Rs 1,078.56 lakh in Q3FY26) and 58.46% YoY (from Rs 1,081.65 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 5,375.06 lakh, up 16.65% YoY compared to Rs 4,608.04 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance: Segment-wise Performance: The company operates entirely in a single business segment of "Engineering and Design Services". Accordingly, there are no further segment-wise breakdowns required or disclosed. Dividend: During Q4FY26, the company declared a 2nd interim dividend of Rs 35 per equity share (Face value Rs 10 each) at the board meeting held on January 06, 2026, which was subsequently paid on January 31, 2026.
