K.C Kankariya & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (Firm Registration No. 104718W) and M/s P.C Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Akola (Firm Registration No. 114079W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 6.
