Internet Software & Services company String Metaverse announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,06,911.23 lakh for FY26, representing a growth of 162.45% YoY compared to Rs 40,735.94 lakh in FY25. For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 35,940.17 lakh, up 133.61% YoY from Rs 15,384.55 lakh and up 29.12% QoQ from Rs 27,835.12 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income: Total income for FY26 reached Rs 1,07,655.42 lakh, a growth of 163.72% over Rs 40,821.62 lakh in FY25. For Q4FY26, total income was Rs 36,542.34 lakh, showing a YoY increase of 137.20% and a QoQ increase of 31.08%. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 10,351.38 lakh, compared to Rs 3,534.48 lakh in FY25, registering an increase of 192.87%. For Q4FY26, PBT was Rs 3,546.80 lakh, up 172.72% YoY and 27.18% QoQ. Net Profit (Profit After Tax): The Group recorded a net profit of Rs 10,252.65 lakh in FY26, showing a YoY growth of 190.89% from Rs 3,524.56 lakh. In Q4FY26, PAT stood at Rs 3,470.62 lakh, up 168.91% YoY and 24.46% QoQ. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for FY26 improved to Rs 0.89, compared to Rs 0.33 in FY25, marking a 170% increase. For Q4FY26, EPS stood at Rs 0.30. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for FY26 was Rs 1,293.69 lakh, a growth of 4.71% YoY from Rs 1,235.44 lakh. For Q4FY26, it stood at Rs 387.58 lakh, a YoY decline of 5.47% but a QoQ increase of 15.62%. Total Income: Standalone total income for FY26 reached Rs 2,007.10 lakh, up 52.01% from Rs 1,320.35 lakh in FY25. For Q4FY26, it reached Rs 989.16 lakh, representing a growth of 129.80% YoY and 170.06% QoQ. Net Profit (Profit After Tax): Net profit for FY26 was Rs 305.62 lakh, marking a significant turnaround of 855.06% YoY from Rs 32.00 lakh. For Q4FY26, it was Rs 210.20 lakh, up 178.74% YoY from Rs 75.41 lakh. Business Highlights: Global Expansion: The company continued to scale its global AI, gaming, digital assets, and algorithmic finance infrastructure businesses across India, the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada. Digital Infrastructure Platform: String Metaverse is positioning itself as a high-growth Indian digital infrastructure platform, focusing on transformational sectors such as AI economies, agentic infrastructure, and Web3 tokenization. Segment Performance (Consolidated FY26): Gaming - IT Services: This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 1,01,051.56 lakh compared to Rs 40,735.94 lakh in FY25. Segment results improved significantly to Rs 11,145.19 lakh from Rs 4,124.38 lakh YoY. HFT (High-Frequency Trading): This new segment contributed a revenue of Rs 5,859.67 lakh in FY26 with a segment result of Rs 299.00 lakh. The performance was driven by rising activity across its blockchain-based infrastructure platforms and higher usage of its transaction, liquidity and settlement systems.
