Further to our intimation dated 22 September 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Board of Directors of California Software Company Limited, at its meeting held on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at the registered office, approved an extension of the payment period for the First and Final Call on partly paid equity shares issued under the Rights Issue. The call amount remains ?7.50 per partly paid equity share and the revised last date for payment is Friday, 09 October 2026. The Board considered requests from shareholders seeking additional time. The extended First and Final Call Notice, including payment instructions, will be sent to eligible holders and made available on the Company's website as applicable. The meeting commenced at 5:30 p.m. IST and concluded at 6:30 p.m. IST.
