Tea & Coffee company CCL Products India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at Rs 4,45,737.34 lakh, representing a growth of 43.52% YoY compared to Rs 3,10,574.99 lakh in FY25. Total Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,22,444.38 lakh, marking an increase of 46.50% YoY from Rs 83,584.76 lakh in Q4FY25 and a growth of 16.55% QoQ from Rs 1,05,056.46 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the financial year FY26 was Rs 4,46,580.46 lakh, up by 43.40% YoY compared to Rs 3,11,420.35 lakh in FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,22,638.98 lakh, up by 46.06% YoY from Rs 83,965.37 lakh in Q4FY25 and up by 16.45% QoQ from Rs 1,05,316.58 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit before tax for FY26 was Rs 45,069.82 lakh, a growth of 27.95% YoY from Rs 35,225.33 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 12,314.13 lakh, an increase of 16.30% YoY from Rs 10,588.29 lakh in Q4FY25 and a growth of 5.91% QoQ from Rs 11,627.47 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit (Profit after tax) for FY26 was Rs 38,810.60 lakh, representing a growth of 25.06% YoY compared to Rs 31,033.65 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,453.23 lakh, up by 12.43% YoY from Rs 10,186.84 lakh in Q4FY25 and up by 14.23% QoQ from Rs 10,026.78 lakh in Q3FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for FY26 was Rs 2,21,605.13 lakh, representing a growth of 28.99% YoY from Rs 1,71,799.71 lakh in FY25. Total Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 reached Rs 55,776.60 lakh, up by 24.53% YoY from Rs 44,789.98 lakh in Q4FY25, but slightly down by 1.16% QoQ from Rs 56,429.43 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for FY26 reached Rs 2,38,991.59 lakh, a growth of 37.99% YoY compared to Rs 1,73,190.90 lakh in FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 65,068.95 lakh, up by 42.76% YoY from Rs 45,580.24 lakh in Q4FY25 and up by 14.25% QoQ from Rs 56,953.29 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit before tax for FY26 stood at Rs 34,912.07 lakh, showing a significant increase of 167.62% YoY from Rs 13,045.32 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,259.62 lakh, up by 278.49% YoY from Rs 2,974.85 lakh in Q4FY25 and up by 134.02% QoQ from Rs 4,811.45 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 28,718.88 lakh, an increase of 211.15% YoY compared to Rs 9,229.97 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights Segment Performance: The company and the Group operate in a single reportable segment, and therefore segment-wise reporting is not applicable. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each for FY26. Additionally, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.75/- per equity share during the financial year, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to Rs 5.75/- per share.
