To consider, review and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and to take note of the draft Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. b.
