Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th August, 2026 has approved the grant of 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred) options pursuant to the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 ("ESOP 2024"/"Plan") at the exercise price of Rs. 3.80/- (Three rupees and eighty paise Only) to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary, associate, group companies.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from 22,04,49,375 divided into 22,04,49,375 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each of 22,04,51,875 divided into 22,04,51,875 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
