This is further to our earlier intimation dated March 31, 2026, May 28, 2026 and July 30, 2026, regarding the Special Window for re-lodgment of transfer requests of physical shares. In terms of SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026 ('SEBI Circular'), a further special window has been opened for a period of one year, from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. This special window is intended to facilitate the transfer of physical shares, which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019, including such transfer requests which were submitted earlier and were rejected or returned or not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise, in order to facilitate ease of investing for investors and to secure the rights of investors in the securities which were purchased by them.

The Company has today intimated all shareholders holding equity shares in physical mode who have not yet furnished their PAN, KYC details, nomination details and other prescribed information, to furnish the same to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
