The petition was disposed of by the NCLT on January 22, 2026, with liberty to re-approach after obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the stock exchange.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The company has given an interest-free unsecured loan of Rs 7,029 lakh to a company covered under section 189 of the Companies Act, 2013, in view of the proposed amalgamation.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The company granted an interest-free unsecured loan of Rs 2,435 lakh to its wholly-owned subsidiary for normal business requirements.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Provision for taxation, including interest to the extent of Rs 275.40 lakh for Q1FY27 has not been made in the accounts in view of the proposed amalgamation scheme.</li> </ul> <p><a class="lb" href="/get-document/post/pdf/5778701/" target="_blank">Result PDF</a></p>
