Construction & Engineering company Rites announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 768.26 crore, registering a growth of 26.24% QoQ from Rs 608.59 crore in Q3FY26 and 27.56% YoY from Rs 602.29 crore in Q4FY25. Total Income: Total consolidated income in Q4FY26 was Rs 799.21 crore, up 25.89% QoQ from Rs 634.85 crore and 27.71% YoY from Rs 625.81 crore. Profit Before Tax: Profit before tax for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 185.75 crore, a growth of 20.58% QoQ from Rs 154.05 crore but a decline of 4.62% YoY from Rs 194.75 crore. Profit After Tax: In Q4FY26, profit after tax was Rs 139.35 crore, representing a growth of 21.07% QoQ from Rs 115.10 crore and a decline of 1.40% YoY from Rs 141.33 crore. Annual Performance: Consolidated revenue from operations for FY26 reached Rs 2,415.08 crore, showing a 9.96% increase from Rs 2,196.35 crore in FY25. Full year profit after tax was Rs 454.44 crore, up 7.27% compared to Rs 423.66 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted consolidated EPS for FY26 was Rs 8.54 compared to Rs 8.01 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 737.08 crore, representing a growth of 29.50% QoQ from Rs 569.18 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 28.52% YoY from Rs 573.53 crore in Q4FY25. Total Income: For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, total income was Rs 785.81 crore, showing a growth of 30.29% QoQ from Rs 603.10 crore and 28.91% YoY from Rs 609.57 crore. Profit Before Tax: In Q4FY26, profit before tax was Rs 176.34 crore, up 40.76% QoQ from Rs 125.28 crore but down 3.02% YoY from Rs 181.83 crore. Profit After Tax: Standalone profit after tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 136.28 crore, reflecting an increase of 42.69% QoQ from Rs 95.51 crore and a marginal growth of 1.39% YoY from Rs 134.41 crore. Annual Performance: For the full year FY26, standalone revenue from operations was Rs 2,275.74 crore, up 9.72% from Rs 2,074.21 crore in FY25. Annual profit after tax stood at Rs 400.66 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 380.22 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2.84, while for the full year FY26, it reached Rs 8.34. Business Highlights Segment Performance (Full Year FY26 Consolidated Revenue): Consultancy - Domestic: Rs 1,242.01 crore (FY25: Rs 1,147.81 crore) Consultancy - Abroad: Rs 67.73 crore (FY25: Rs 76.20 crore) Export Sale: Rs 316.25 crore (FY25: Rs 10.85 crore) Leasing - Domestic: Rs 172.07 crore (FY25: Rs 150.34 crore) Turnkey Construction Projects: Rs 602.40 crore (FY25: Rs 796.61 crore) Power Generation: Rs 14.62 crore (FY25: Rs 14.54 crore) Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.75 per share (27.50%) for FY26. Total dividend for the year, including three interim dividends already paid (aggregating Rs 5.20 per share), stands at Rs 7.95 per share. Investment in IRSDC: The company maintains an investment of Rs 48 crore in Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC), which is under voluntary liquidation. Management does not perceive any impairment, as the company's share of net worth as of March 31, 2026, is estimated at Rs 59.68 crore. Metro Management Group Ltd (MMG): The investment of Rs 0.60 crore in MMG (Israel) was fully provided for as of March 31, 2026, and the entity was struck off the registrar in April 2026. Labour Codes Implementation: The company has assessed and recognised the financial impact of the implementation of the New Labour Codes in the results for FY26, noting that the impact is not material.
