The Board of Directors of Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Limited, at its meeting held on 03rd September, 2026 approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hitesh Karnawat as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Lalit Ghewarchand Karnawat and Mrs. Mayuri Karnawat as Whole time directors for a further term of five years from 04th September, 2026 to 03rd September, 2031, subject to shareholder''s approval. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Devesh Bhati, Jagdish Jangid and Mrs. Sweta Duggar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Further, Mr. Adesh Bhansali, Mr. Praveen Kumar Bokariya and Mr. Neelabh Gotecha completed their respective terms as Independent Directors and ceased to be directors effective 04th September, 2026.
