As informed vide our letter dated October 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have approved the Letter of Offer, the Composite Application Form and the Rights Entitlement letter for the Rights issue. The meeting of the Board commenced at 10:05 A.M. and completed at 01:30 P.M. Enclosed herewith is the Letter of Offer dated November 3, 2026 for the Rights issue of the Company which is also being submitted to the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') in compliance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended, and SEBI Circular bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/ 31 dated March 11, 2025.

Crescentis Capital Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With regard to prior intimation given, today, notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday November 3, 2026, to approve the Letter of Offer, Composite Application Form and the Rights Entitlement letter to be sent to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company in connection with the Rights Issue of equity shares of the Company. As informed earlier, the Company has received letter bearing reference number LOD/RIGHT/ MV/1005/2026-27 dated October 23, 2026, from BSE Limited granting in-principle approval for listing of fully paid-up equity shares proposed to be issued on a rights basis.
