Sunshine Pictures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/09/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sunshine Pictures Limited (the 'Company') is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Tuesday, August 25, 2026, for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
