CRISIL Rates Share India Securities' ₹250 Crore NCD Issue A+/Stable

CRISIL Ratings has rated the ₹250 crore non-convertible debentures proposal from Share India Securities as A+/Stable.
The rating was assigned on September 28, 2026, by CRISIL Ratings, which informed the exchanges about the same the next day.
The rating is for the issuance of ₹250 crore debentures where CRISIL Ratings assigned an A+ rating and a Stable outlook for the debentures. Share India Securities announced that they have received the rating communication at around 5:46 pm on September 28.
The above rating was for the proposed NCD issuance and not the issuance of funds as such.
Share India Securities is a member of the NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, and MSEI. Also, it is a depository participant of CDSL and NSDL as well as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. It is registered as a research analyst and portfolio manager with SEBI.
The shares of Share India Securities are listed on the NSE with the symbol SHAREINDIA.
CRISIL data shows that Share India Securities had also been carrying the A+/Stable long-term rating in 2026.
