Ksolves India Secures $0.5 Million Agentic AI Order From Demerara Bank

Ksolves India Limited has secured a new order worth approximately $0.5 million from Demerara Bank Limited in Guyana for the implementation of an Agentic AI solution and its supporting technology infrastructure.

The IT services company disclosed the order in an exchange filing dated September 28, 2026. The project is expected to be completed over seven months and forms part of Ksolves’ existing work with the bank across its digital transformation projects. 

Under the new mandate, Ksolves will implement the Agentic AI solution along with the underlying technology infrastructure required for the project. The order has been awarded by an international client and will be executed for Demerara Bank in Guyana, South America. 

Demerara Bank is headquartered in Georgetown and was incorporated in January 1992 before beginning commercial operations in November 1994. According to the disclosure, it is Guyana’s first and only indigenous private-sector bank. 

The bank operates a network of branches across Guyana and provides commercial banking services spanning savings and term deposit accounts, retail and corporate loans, credit cards, internet and mobile banking, foreign exchange, payroll services and international money-transfer facilities. 

Ksolves described the latest project as a strategic initiative that builds on its existing relationship with Demerara Bank. The company has not disclosed any additional financial terms beyond the approximate contract value of $0.5 million and the seven-month execution period. 

The filing also states that the promoter, promoter group and group companies have no disclosed interest in Demerara Bank. The transaction has not been classified as a related-party transaction. 

Ksolves submitted the disclosure to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
