RateGain Travel Technologies Limited’s UNO Channel Manager has been recognised by Trip.com Group as a Favoured Connectivity Partner for the third consecutive year, extending a relationship between the two companies that has lasted for more than a decade.
The recognition was announced at Envision 2026 and centres on UNO Channel Manager’s connectivity with Trip.com and its role in hotel distribution.
For RateGain, the latest recognition comes as it continues to build artificial intelligence capabilities into a platform that connects hotels with more than 700 global and regional demand partners.
Partnership With Trip.com Spans More Than a Decade
RateGain and Trip.com have worked together for over 10 years, with their collaboration focused on hotel distribution and connecting accommodation providers with demand across global markets.
The companies have continued to invest in connectivity as travel demand and hotel distribution requirements have evolved.
The 2026 recognition marks the third consecutive year that UNO Channel Manager has received Trip.com’s Favoured Connectivity Partner recognition.
RateGain said the recognition reflects the reliability of UNO’s connectivity with Trip.com, including its ability to support hotel distribution and operational processes.
UNO Connects Hotels With Over 700 Demand Partners
UNO Channel Manager is designed to allow hotels to manage rates, inventory and availability from a single platform.
The system connects with more than 700 global and regional demand partners.
RateGain has also incorporated AI-driven availability, rates and inventory capabilities into the platform. According to the company, these tools allow hotels to respond to changes in demand in real time, accelerate rate updates and reduce manual intervention.
The technology is also designed to allow hotel operators to retain control over their broader distribution strategy.
AI Becomes a Bigger Part of Hotel Distribution
The announcement puts RateGain’s use of artificial intelligence in hotel distribution in focus.
The company is positioning AI as a way to automate parts of the distribution process, particularly decisions involving rates, inventory and availability.
RateGain said its continued investment in these capabilities is intended to make hotel distribution faster and more responsive as demand patterns change.
Trip.com, meanwhile, recognised UNO Channel Manager for its performance, innovation and collaboration within the connectivity partnership.
