Sasken Technologies Closes Trading Window Ahead of September Quarter Accounts

Sasken Technologies has closed its trading window from September 16 as the company prepares to consider its accounts for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. 

The shutdown will continue till further notice, said a filing by the company at the stock exchange on Wednesday. 

The trading window regulates trading in securities of Sasken Technologies and has been shut down in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the internal policies of the company for regulation, monitoring, and reporting of trades by insiders. 

Sasken Technologies had informed both BSE and NSE regarding the shutdown on September 16. 

There is no mention of when the window will be reopened. The filing does not mention the date of consideration of September quarter accounts of the company.
