Stock Market Outlook for July 7:
- Flat-to-Cautious Start: Nifty is likely to open slightly lower at 25,450, just below yesterday’s close of 25,461. Gift Nifty’s mild uptick (0.16%) potentially indicates limited upside, while options data suggests a neutral to slightly bearish tone.
- Mixed Global Cues: Strong gains in U.S. markets may offer some support, but weakness across major Asian indices like Nikkei and Hang Seng may weigh on sentiment during the day.
- FII/DII Selling a Concern: Continued net selling by both FIIs (₹760.10 crore) and DIIs (₹1,028.80 crore) may limit bullish momentum, keeping market participants cautious.
