India’s automotive sector is expected to remain a key demand driver for wiring harnesses and automotive electrical systems. Wiring harnesses are becoming more complex due to electrification, connected vehicle features, safety electronics and higher electronic content in vehicles.

The global wire harness market was valued at US$91.3 billion in CY2024 and is projected to grow at around 7.0% CAGR to reach US$136.8 billion by CY2030. India’s domestic wiring harness market is projected to grow at 13-15% CAGR from ₹65.26 billion in FY25 to ₹140-147 billion by FY31.

Dhoot Transmission’s presence in two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harnesses, EV-linked product portfolio, manufacturing network and OEM relationships position the company within this industry opportunity.
