Juniper Hotels IPO is set to open from 21st February to 23rd February 2024. The company operates in the space of a luxury hotel development and ownership. Juniper Hotels IPO Video:
Established in 1985, Juniper Hotels operates in the space of luxury hotel development and ownership. It is jointly held by Saraf Hotels and its affiliates, Juniper Investments and Two Seas Holdings. The company also holds the position of the largest owner, by the number of Keys of “Hyatt” affiliated hotels in the country as of September 2023.
Juniper Hotels has a portfolio of 162 seven hotels and serviced apartments with a total key number of 1,836 as of September 2023. The company has long-standing relations with Saraf Hotels and it is the only company in India that has affiliation with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As of September 2023, Juniper Hotels owned 19.6% of Hyatt group-affiliated hotel rooms and apartments in the country. It has a presence across different segments such as luxury, upper upscale and upscale via hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur and Hampi.
