ASK Mutual Fund is a newly registered mutual fund backed by ASK Investment Managers Limited, the sponsor of the fund. The AMC, ASK Asset Management Private Limited, was incorporated on 20 May 2025, and ASK Mutual Fund was registered with SEBI on 16 February 2026.

As disclosed in its Statement of Additional Information, the ASK platform has a long presence in asset and wealth management in India, with roots in portfolio management services dating back to the mid-1990s . ASK Mutual Fund uses Deutsche Bank AG as custodian and fund accountant, while Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) acts as the registrar and transfer agent.
