Weaknesses

2. Total borrowings increased from ₹4.15 crore in FY23 to ₹12.91 crore in FY25

3. Business depends on demand from end-use sectors such as lubricants, food and beverages, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals

4. Limited employee base, with 16 on-payroll employees as on September 30, 2025

Opportunities

1. Demand for PET bottles and containers is supported by usage across beverages, oils, consumer goods and other packaging applications

3. Growth in organised packaging demand can support manufacturers with established production facilities

4. Diversification across PET bottles, PET preforms and caps can support wider customer requirements

Threats

1. Competition from organised and unorganised plastic packaging manufacturers can affect pricing

2. Volatility in polymer and raw material prices can affect margins

4. Any slowdown in customer industries can affect order flow

1. Total income increased from ₹11.14 crore in FY23 to ₹42.73 crore in FY25

5. IPO proceeds will be used for repayment or prepayment of borrowings and general corporate purposes

Diksha Polymers operates in the PET packaging industry. PET bottles, containers and preforms are used across food and beverages, edible oils, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and consumer goods. Demand in this segment is linked to consumption growth, packaged product penetration and the need for durable, lightweight and cost-efficient packaging.

The company’s product portfolio across PET bottles, PET containers, PET preforms and caps places it within the broader packaging value chain. Repayment of borrowings from IPO proceeds may also support the company’s balance sheet profile.
