Landmark Immigration IPO is set to open on 16 January 2025 and will close on 20 January 2025. Landmark Immigration provides global education and immigration consultancy services, specializing in study abroad programs, visas, and permanent residency, primarily for Canada.

The IPO is an entirely fresh issue of 0.56 Cr shares aggregating to ₹40.32 Cr. The price band is set at ₹70 to ₹72 per share and the lot size is 1,600 shares. 

The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 21 January 2025. It will go public on BSE SME, with a tentative listing date of 23 January 2025.

Shreni Shares Ltd is the book running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.
