The IPO combines a fresh issue of 0.56 Cr shares aggregating to ₹101.62 Cr and an offer for sale of 0.07 Cr shares aggregating to ₹12.61 Cr. The price range is set between ₹170 to ₹180 per share and the lot size is 800 shares. 

The allotment is scheduled to be finalized on 9 December 2024. It will go public on BSE SME, with a tentative listing date of 11 December 2024.

Ltd, established in 2013 and formerly known as Molior Realty Private Limited, offers specialised transaction advisory and fund management services through its brand "Nisus Finance Group" or "NiFCO." Alongside its subsidiaries and affiliates—including Nisus BCD Advisors LLP, Nisus Finance & Investment Managers LLP, and Dalmia Nisus Finance Investment Managers LLP—NiFCO manages real estate and urban infrastructure funds and provides asset management solutions. The company’s core services encompass private equity, structured credit, financial structuring, and asset monetization.

NiFCO’s competitive edge lies in its strong brand reputation, diversified business model, and acute ability to anticipate market trends. Supported by robust governance and risk management practices, the company has cultivated a customer-oriented culture, led by skilled management and dedicated employees.
