The textile maker Alpine Texworld is scheduled to go in for its main board IPO from July 14. The offering comprises a fresh issue of 1.20 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component. The issue will remain open until July 16.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹100-105 per share, placing its estimated post-issue valuation at about ₹401.5 crore. Share allotment is expected to be completed on July 17, while the company’s shares are scheduled to debut on the stock exchanges on July 21, subject to regulatory approvals and completion of the listing process.

Offer Size Revised From Earlier Proposal

The IPO size has been reduced from the earlier proposal outlined in the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) submitted in September 2025. It was intended to offer 1.50 crore shares. SEBI has come out with an observation on the draft papers in the month of February 2026. This observation will enable the company to move ahead with the public issue.

Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 142 equity shares and in multiples of 142 thereafter. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum application amount works out to ₹14,910. A retail investor can bid for shares worth up to ₹1,93,830 within the prescribed investment limit.

Expansion Plans to Drive Capacity Growth

Alpine Texworld, incorporated in February 2016, is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of grey fabric and yarn. The company currently operates two manufacturing facilities in Gujarat.

Its first manufacturing unit is equipped with 112 shuttleless air-jet looms, providing an annual installed weaving capacity of 180 lakh metres of grey fabric. The unit also houses a multi-cylinder sizing machine with an annual yarn sizing capacity of 6,650 metric tonnes. The second facility operates four open-end rotor spinning machines with an annual production capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes of cotton and blended yarn.

The company said it will use the IPO proceeds to establish a third manufacturing unit, repay certain borrowings and meet general corporate requirements. According to the company, the proposed expansion will add 77.50 lakh metres of annual grey fabric production capacity as the existing facilities are nearing optimal utilisation.

Listing Activity Continues in the Primary Market

The Alpine Texworld IPO will be the second mainboard public issue scheduled to open next week. D and A Financial Services has been appointed as the sole book-running lead manager for the offering.

The proposed expansion is expected to strengthen the company’s manufacturing capacity while supporting its long-term production requirements. The IPO also adds to the pipeline of primary market offerings as companies continue to tap the capital markets for expansion and balance sheet requirements.
