Indo-MIM Limited made a stellar debut on the Indian stock exchanges on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with its shares listing at a premium of over 44% on both the NSE and BSE. The strong listing reflected robust investor confidence after the IPO received an overwhelming response across investor categories, particularly from qualified institutional buyers.
Indo-MIM IPO Listing Details
Indo-MIM launched its ₹3,810.31 crore IPO, comprising a fresh issue of 1.03 crore equity shares worth ₹499.10 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6.83 crore shares aggregating to ₹3,311.21 crore. The IPO was priced in the range of ₹461-485 per share, with the final issue price fixed at ₹485.
The public issue remained open for subscription from July 23 to July 27, 2026, and was subscribed 72.37 times overall. The basis of allotment was finalised on July 28, while refunds and credit of shares were completed on July 29, ahead of the company's listing on July 30.
First-Day Trading Performance
Listing Price: Indo-MIM share price debuted at ₹700 on the NSE, representing a 44.33% premium over the issue price of ₹485 per share.
On the BSE, the stock listed at ₹703, a 44.95% premium to the IPO price, making it one of the strongest mainboard listings in recent months.
